GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
۱٫ GENERAL
(a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing or except where they are at variance with (i) the regulations governing services performed on behalf of governments, government bodies or any other public entity or (ii) the mandatory provisions of local law, all offers or services and all resulting contractual relationship(s) between any of the affiliated companies of SGS SA or any of their agents (each a “Company”)
and Client (the “Contractual Relationship(s)”) shall be governed by these general conditions of service (hereinafter the “General Conditions”).

الف) تمام پیشنهادات و خدمات و همچنین نمام روابط قراردادی حاصله میان هر یک از شرکت های وابسته به SGS SA یا هر یک از عوامل آن ها (هرکدام یک “شرکت”) و مشتری (رابطه (روابط) قراردادی) باید تابع شرایط کلی خدمات (زین پس “شرایط کلی” نامیده می شود) ذیل باشد، بجز مواردیکه به صورت کتبی توافق شده باشد و یا این مواردی که متغیر هستند: ۱)قوانین مربوط به خدمات از سوی دولت ها، نهادهای دولتی یا هر یک از دیگر موسسات عمومی ۲) مفاد اجباری قوانین محلی.
